What began back in late 2017 as Boutique Homes of Galena—a small collection of cozy, character-filled retreats—has grown into a thoughtfully curated portfolio of unique vacation rentals across Illinois, Michigan, Arizona, and Texas. Whether you're seeking a quiet weekend escape or a luxurious getaway, each of our homes is designed to deliver comfort, style, and a touch of charm. Every detail is intentional, every space welcoming—because we believe your stay should feel nothing short of exceptional.

Are you pet friendly?
Yes! We love our furry friends and all of our homes are pet friendly for a small additional fee.
Do you offer vacation rental managment services?
Yes! We offer concierge style vacation rental managment solutions in Galena and select parts of Michigan. Ask us about our background and professional licenses!
What group sizes can you accommodate?
We offer homes for the single traveller all the way through to large groups of 14 people.
I don't see the perfect home for me. What should I do?
Reach out to us - we are adding new properties to our collection all the time!
Are early check-in's / late check out's available?
Yes, but subject to availability and a small additional hourly rate.
Are there any additional charges?
The price you see when booking is the price you'll pay including all taxes and fees. However, if you choose an 'add on' such as bringing a pet or pool heating, this will be a separate charge.
Are you qualified to manage my property for me?
Absolutely! Phil is a licensed real estate professional in IL & MI!

This house was perfect for a quick family get away. It has a great hot tub, huge yard for our dog and it was very clean and comfortable. Phil was great with communication and followed up with us to make sure our stay was going well. There is a great trail to the lake nearby and it’s a quick drive to Saugatuck with great restaurants along the way. Highly recommend!

We had a really lovely, relaxed family weekend here. The house matches the description well. As described, the stairs to the downstairs two bedrooms and full bath were steep. The beds and linen were very nice. We loved the porch, hot tub, fire pit, and backyard in general. The host was responsive and a proactive communicator!

Phil's place is exactly as described and in the photos. It's in a peaceful location and an easy drive to town. Even though the weather wasn't ideal, South Haven was charming and we were able to take in a sunset at South Beach. We also enjoyed some much needed downtime a† the house. Phil's communication is great! There was a glitch with new cleaning staff in resupplying the bathroom with shower products. He responded right away and solved the issue. Definitely a cozy spot to unwind and enjoy a holiday weekend. Perfect for two adults and a small dog!

We had a lovely stay here and would highly recommend it. Cozy and clean space. My only nitpicky drawback was the couch, because of the low back it didn't quite check the box for us on cozy sit all day and read in chilly weather vibe. it was still very comfortable for what it was. If you're coming for the outdoor settings and proximity to the lake or ven just don't care about the couch...this is your spot!

This is a beautiful location and a wonderful house. It is spacious, spotless and the windows let in light at all times of the day. Phil was an excellent host. We arrived just after an mid-March snow and a dip in temperatures in the late evening. We soon discovered that the heater was not working. I texted Phil and he responded immediately. We opted to use the fireplace to keep us warm for the night and a repair team arrived the next morning. Phil kept us updated on the progress. When we came back from our Grand Rapids excursion, the house was comfortably toasty. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the recommended local restaurants! We look forward to visiting again in warmer weather!

Peaceful place and beach views, 5 minutes away by car. Great restaurants, ice cream area such as Sherman’s, and coffee places, abound! The Mt Balhead Park, The Oval Beach, the SoHa Lighthouse and the amazing view of the sunset, were highlights of our short stay! Needless to say, our dog had a ball as well, although it was not allowed in the Oval Beach.
