Phil was great to work with. The home was very nice, clean, well-stocked with items listed. Very peaceful setting. Having access to all the amenities of the pool, game room, restaurants, was wonderful. Our granddaughter enjoyed the pool and horseback riding at the nearby stables as well. We had a very pleasant trip and would highly recommend Phil and his home. Will definitely book again!
We loved staying here! This is a great space for a family with a large dining table and a huge sectional sofa - everyone had space to sit comfortably. There are also multiple living spaces to spend time in (screened-in porch, living room, family room). Loved the fire pit and large backyard. Would stay here again!
I know there has been a lot of rain - but I think the outdoor area could have been more attended to… I swept the patio. It’s such a great back space that could elevate this listing with a bit more attention.

The house was well appointed and beautifully decorated. The location was private and beautiful and the neighborhood beach was one of the highlights of the trip. The enclosed porch was wonderful to have a relax in, especially during a summer storm. It really was the perfect blend of comfort and nature. Phil and his team were always incredibly helpful and responsive. My family and I really enjoyed the house during our stay. It was a perfect location to be able to explore all the towns around it!
It was a nice, quaint, quiet home. Modern tech, roku tv, and cute pictures on the walls. Very homey feel to it.
Absolutely perfect property. The host was quick with responses and easy to talk with. Checked in after first 24hrs with making sure everything was good, only thing I wish this place had was washer and dryer with staying a week at the property but honestly that’s a small concern and would recommend to anyone to stay.
