What began back in late 2017 as Boutique Homes of Galena—a small collection of cozy, character-filled retreats—has grown into a thoughtfully curated portfolio of unique vacation rentals across Illinois, Michigan, Arizona, and Texas. Whether you're seeking a quiet weekend escape or a luxurious getaway, each of our homes is designed to deliver comfort, style, and a touch of charm. Every detail is intentional, every space welcoming—because we believe your stay should feel nothing short of exceptional.

Are you pet friendly?
Yes! We love our furry friends and all of our homes are pet friendly for a small additional fee.
Do you offer vacation rental managment services?
Yes! We offer concierge style vacation rental managment solutions in Galena and select parts of Michigan. Ask us about our background and professional licenses!
What group sizes can you accommodate?
We offer homes for the single traveller all the way through to large groups of 14 people.
I don't see the perfect home for me. What should I do?
Reach out to us - we are adding new properties to our collection all the time!
Are early check-in's / late check out's available?
Yes, but subject to availability and a small additional hourly rate.
Are there any additional charges?
The price you see when booking is the price you'll pay including all taxes and fees. However, if you choose an 'add on' such as bringing a pet or pool heating, this will be a separate charge.
Are you qualified to manage my property for me?
Absolutely! Phil is a licensed real estate professional in IL & MI!

I had my bachelorette party at Phil’s place and we had such a lovely stay! There is so much space in the house and it was incredibly tidy. The pool was great and the house is in a good location too! We would definitely stay here again. One thing to note is that there is no door on the bathroom (toilet or shower) within the main bedroom. This was not a problem at all for us but calling it out in case that’s helpful for someone else!

This was my first time using Airbnb and it was a really good experience! The place is very clean and has access to the beach. I personally chose not to go down the stairs to access the beach because they are very steep. However the location was nice, very quiet. The house was very cute and had a lot of amenities. We even managed to make some food and coffee in the kitchen. It’s close to all the good sightseeing places. Phil was very kind and a responsive host. I would recommend it to others also!

This space was very clean and the interior design was really cute. It was nice to have a full kitchen and beautiful bathroom, along with a king sized bed in 1 of the 2 rooms for a reasonable price. The only thing I didn’t love was an air freshener smell in the living room, but I am sensitive to that. Phil was very proactive, kind, trustworthy, and communicative. Thank you!

We stayed at this property for my bachelorette trip, and it was the perfect space for our group of 13. Having a private bathroom in each room was a total game-changer, especially with 13 girls getting ready! Phil, the host, was incredibly helpful and always responded promptly to messages. He even notified us when our Amazon packages were delivered. He also apologized for the brief overlap, which was not an issue at all. Highly recommend this property for large groups!

Well thought out and clean. Plenty of towels, dishes, and cookware. Cupboards had some basic spices and seasonings. Aside from refrigerated items, all you need is the food to prepare a great meal. Grocery is 5 minutes away. Beds and bathroom were comfortable and clean. Quiet neighborhood and nice patio space. Downtown is a 5 minute drive, too far to walk. Deerlick Creek and Pilgrim Haven 10 minutes away. Phil communicated and responded perfectly. Made everything simple. My grandkids and I loved it!

This house was perfect for a quick family get away. It has a great hot tub, huge yard for our dog and it was very clean and comfortable. Phil was great with communication and followed up with us to make sure our stay was going well. There is a great trail to the lake nearby and it’s a quick drive to Saugatuck with great restaurants along the way. Highly recommend!
