A comfortable, quiet and well appointed space. Peaceful neighborhood and yet close to several great commercial areas. Phil communicated well and often, including responding quickly to a handful of issues with the unit that I discovered upon arriving. The unit itself is the basement level of a home, so small windows with limited natural light, but otherwise comfortable for a short stay.

Had a great family vacation at Phil’s place! Beautiful private setting and the home is just as described. We stayed with three young kids who loved walking to the semi-private beach and outdoor space. Phil did a great job letting us know potential pitfalls of that property for young kids (mostly the steep stairs) and we were easily able to navigate without any trouble at all. He was very responsive and proactive in communicating with us and also sent great recommendations for things to do in the area which was so helpful! Would highly recommend and wished we could have stayed longer!

This was a wonderful find! Especially suited if you’re traveling with your furry friends! Huge fenced in back yard, doggie treats and even a dog bed in the corner of the living room! We’ve stayed in our share of vacation rentals and Phil’s attention to detail was second to none!

Everything we needed was within walking distance, including restaurants, shops, and other attractions, so we barely had to drive. It made getting around so easy and convenient. The Airbnb itself was comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone wanting a place that’s close to everything!

My family and I had a great stay. The description is accurate — it worked well for a family vacation and would be just as good for a group of friends. The main living area and outdoor space layout are excellent for hanging out. I also appreciated that all three bedrooms were comfortably appointed for adults. The walkable private beach access is lovely also. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our favorite stay of our trip! The home was in excellent condition, the hot tub was very clean, good water pressure in the showers and beds were very comfortable. We loved the dark shades for night time, quiet yet walkable neighborhood, and the large fenced yard was a great feature for our dog. The home was a bit hot upon our arrival (during a heat wave), especially the upstairs, but it cooled down fast and we appreciated having ceiling fans in every bedroom. My sons and I all agreed that we slept the best in this home. We wish we could have stayed longer, and we will definitely be back!
