🌲 The Rustic Retreat is located in a peaceful rural setting surrounded by nature. Guests may encounter wildlife, insects, and seasonal farm-country conditions that are part of the authentic countryside experience.
❄️ An additional air conditioning unit is located in the loft to help keep guests comfortable during warmer summer months.
🔥 The stone fireplace is decorative only and may not be used.
🚫 Please note that the cabin does not have a dishwasher, washer, or dryer.
🏹 Hunting on the property is not permitted unless specifically arranged through a separate hunting lease with the property owner.
🚗 The home is accessed via a quiet gravel road, adding to the property's secluded country charm.

This was a wonderfully peaceful getaway for our family and even better that Phil welcomed our dog as well! The cabin was very private, clean, and perfect to spend time as a family while being close enough to plenty of fun activities. It was also very clean and well maintained to ensure a great stay!

Great location, away from the hustle and noises of the world! We enjoyed the peace and quiet and sturdy cabin. There is plenty to do in the area within about a 30-50 minute drive through the rolling countryside. We will be back.

The place was better than described. It was very private and in the middle of nowhere watch out for the deer. There were a ton of fireflies at night. The deck was fantastic and overall a great experience.

We stayed in a cabin that was both spacious and private, which made it incredibly relaxing. While there were only two of us, we really appreciated that the space was large enough to comfortably accommodate children as well. The property itself had plenty of room to explore, including a lovely walking path that led through a small field and alongside a creek—perfect for peaceful strolls. The cabin felt secluded enough to enjoy true privacy, yet it was conveniently close to nearby state parks and towns with plenty of attractions. It was the best of both worlds, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I’d like to especially thank our host, Phil for providing information about nearby points of interests and for making check-in and check-out as smooth as possible. We will definitely return and will look for future listings from the Boutique Home Group.

We were looking for an escape from the city and this place was just that! Got to soak in the tub and just be outdoors without the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommend!
