I give my guests space but I am available when needed. I also have a Concierge service that helps me host guests!

Old World heritage meets modern charm in the Lincoln Square neighborhood. Small stretches throughout the area still maintain their original roots, such as a traditional German dining hall and a turn-of-the-century, European-style apothecary.

My place is 10 minutes' walk away from the Western Brown line train station, and equally convenient to the Western and Foster buses. If you bring your car, it's pretty easy to find street parking around the apartment.

🌙 This is a residential Chicago neighborhood. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM, and we ask guests to be considerate of our neighbors throughout their stay.

🎉 Parties, events and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Only registered guests may access the property unless additional visitors have been approved in advance.

👤 The person making the reservation must generally stay at the property for the duration of the reservation. Please contact us before booking on behalf of another guest.

🔞 The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions for younger guests may be considered prior to booking.

🚭 Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the apartment or on the building premises.

⏰ Standard check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available by prior arrangement and is subject to availability.

🏙️ This is a garden-level apartment in Chicago, so some normal ambient city and building noise should be expected.

🛏️ Fresh linens, bath towels and a starter supply of household essentials are provided. Guests staying for longer periods may need to replenish consumable items during their stay.
