Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay.

π The private Glenn Shores association beach is approximately a 10-minute walk from the home.
π΄ Both lower-level bedrooms feature air filtration and dehumidifier systems for added comfort, along with fans in every bedroom throughout the home.
βοΈ The main level is cooled by two powerful air conditioning units, while the lower-level bedrooms remain naturally cool year-round. Additional heaters are provided for cozy winter stays.
β οΈ Please note that the staircase to the lower level is steeper than average and may not be suitable for young children or guests with mobility concerns.
ποΈ Fresh linens, bath towels and a starter supply of household essentials are included. Longer stays may require guests to replenish consumables.
π₯ Firewood and propane are not provided but can be easily purchased locally if you'd like to enjoy the fire pit or grill during your stay.
π Private driveway parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Additional street parking directly in front of the home.
π The MidMod is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping property, both indoors and outdoors.

π€ To help protect our guests, homeowners, and properties, we require a short rental agreement and standard guest verification process prior to check-in. We really needed a private getaway that was still close enough to shops and restaurants. This fit the bill! The private beach access was a big selling point. We really appreciate that dogs are allowed but all the furniture and beds were comfortable and clean. The host went above and beyond to help make our stay memorable. Thank you!

The accommodations were lovely. It was a full weekend of activities for us, as we were in a bridal party for a wedding. From the moment we arrived until we left, we felt cared for and like our needs mattered to the host. The house was well-stocked and cozy. They provided lots of little extras, like staple toiletries and coffee. Extra kudos for the listening nook with albums and a record player. We stayed in and enjoyed the accommodations - cooking, taking walks in the private neighborhood, lounging outside, and hot-tubbing. It was a relaxing reprieve from the busyness of all the wedding activities. Phil was communicative and friendly. We would definitely stay again!

This place is awesome. Itβs a beautiful home that comes with a nice secluded experience. The private beach is right down the street and is super easy to get to. Phil made the experience seamless from check-in to checkout, and was very responsive over Labor Day Weekend. Highly recommend this place as we were all very satisfied with our stay.

I canβt say enough about this place. Phil and his assistant were fantastic. Answered my questions with lightning speed and the place was even better than I imagined. They truly thought of everything. Not like some rentals you go to and things are broken or worn down - everything was perfect. And the walkable beach was a cherry on top. The screened in porch was our favorite thing. Appreciate you all and we will be back!!

We had a nice visit at the MidMod. The home was decorated nicely and had everything we needed to feel cozy and at home. I enjoyed reading in the enclosed porch area and relaxing on the papasan chairs. The neighborhood was quiet and calm. Great location between Southhaven & Saugatuck always something to do or see. Thank you for a great couple days!
