π Private driveway parking is available in addition to plentiful, free street parking.

Nice place, nothing fancy but it was clean and quiet. Host was proactive about messaging. No issues came up, perfect place to stay for Evanston trips

The place was exceptionally clean as they had recently painted. The bedding is definitely microfiber for cotton connoisseurs out there. It was cool enough because the air conditioners were in each room. There was salt and pepper and sugar for coffee. Generally very nice and comfortable for the price!! The property manager was extremely communicative and helpful. When we arrived, one of the beds was not assembled and a person came to fix it almost right away. Things that could be improved? The bedding and the pillows. The pillows were sky high and the bedding couldβve been better. But overall, the price was fantastic and that place was very clean.. note that there were some steep stairs to climb. My 92-year-old mother was forewarned, thankfully by Phil, so definitely forearmed! He did a fantastic job

Had an awesome stay! The three bedrooms and living/kitchen area gave us plenty of space. We throughly enjoyed the neighborhood, quiet and well kept. I will certainly keep this location in mind for future travels!

Phil was an awesome host! He communicated with us very well and always kept us informed about everything regarding the place. He was very accommodating and made our stay smooth and enjoyable. We really appreciated his great hospitality and would definitely recommend staying with him

The place is great, while its bit of a walk to Metra and subway, whatever you need is within walking distance. The unit was very cozy and filled with lot of amenities. Just keep in mind that laundry equipments are bit old and have to go outside the building to get to it. But Phil was an awesome host, very considerate and responsive. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Chicago or looking for short term stay.
