✨ Automatic discounts are available for weekly (7+ night) and monthly (30+ night) stays.
🐾 Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pet fee (50 lb weight limit). For safety and comfort, pets may not be left unattended in the home.
🚭 Eagle's Green on 17 is a smoke-free property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the home.
⏰ Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request for $20 per hour, subject to availability.
🎉 To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood, events, parties, and large gatherings are not permitted. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old to book.
🏌️ Your stay includes access to Galena Territory amenities, though some activities such as golf, horseback riding, and boat rentals may require additional fees paid directly to the provider.
🔥 Firewood is not provided for the outdoor fire pit but can be purchased locally.
⚠️ Guests use all property amenities and facilities at their own risk. The Galena Territory actively enforces community quiet hours and disturbance policies. Excessive noise may result in warnings, fines, or removal from the property.
📸 Some exterior photos have been virtually enhanced to illustrate completed landscaping. The finished home includes a gravel driveway.
🚗 Private driveway parking is available for up to 5 vehicles.
🛏️ Fresh linens, bath towels and a starter supply of household essentials are included. Longer stays may require guests to replenish consumables.
