Sleeping arrangements:
Main Level: Two bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with a queen bed
Lower Level: One bedroom with a queen bed, and one bedroom with two queen beds plus a twin bunk above one queen.
All bedrooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed for comfort
- Some exterior photos have been virtually enhanced to show finished landscaping. The home will be equipped with a gravel driveway on completion.
- Additional discounts available for stays of 7+ or 30+ nights
- No smoking / vaping allowed on the property
- Pet-friendly property with a $99 fee. Up to 50lbs weight limit. Pets must not be left unattended.
- Early check in / late check out by special request $20 (per hour)
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Minimum age requirement of 21 years old to book
- Additional fees may apply for some resort amenities (equestrian center, golf courses, boat rentals)
- Security will issue a warning for any disturbance observed. A second occurrence within 24 hours may result in a fine
- Firewood for outdoor fire pit is *not* provided but can be purchased locally
- Use of facilities are entirely at guests own personal risk
