✨ Automatic discounts are available for weekly (7+ night) and monthly (30+ night) stays.
🐾 Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pet fee (50 lb weight limit). For safety and comfort, pets may not be left unattended in the home.
🚭 Eagle's Green on 17 is a smoke-free property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the home.
⏰ Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request for $20 per hour, subject to availability.
🎉 To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood, events, parties, and large gatherings are not permitted. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old to book.
🏌️ Your stay includes access to Galena Territory amenities, though some activities such as golf, horseback riding, and boat rentals may require additional fees paid directly to the provider.
🔥 Firewood is not provided for the outdoor fire pit but can be purchased locally.
⚠️ Guests use all property amenities and facilities at their own risk. The Galena Territory actively enforces community quiet hours and disturbance policies. Excessive noise may result in warnings, fines, or removal from the property.
📸 Some exterior photos have been virtually enhanced to illustrate completed landscaping. The finished home includes a gravel driveway.
🚗 Private driveway parking is available for up to 5 vehicles.
🛏️ Fresh linens, bath towels and a starter supply of household essentials are included. Longer stays may require guests to replenish consumables.

We had a girls' weekend at Phil's place, and we loved our stay. The house is so clean with a very functional layout. It was perfect for our group of 4, but there was room for more people. It is close enough to the downtown area and super close to the Stonedrift Spa. We hope to come back again to Phil's place for our next Galena outing. Highly recommended!

Beautiful and comfortable home for our family visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the host Phil was very quick to respond to messages we sent. While there were a few suggestions we had for improvement, they were mostly just minor. We were satisfied with our stay and made many memories!

Had a great stay for our girls trip! Everything was well maintained and clean with plenty of room for all of us. Very peaceful surroundings on the golf course and about 15 minutes to downtown Galena. We enjoyed our time in the Galena territory and would definitely recommend!

Very beautiful home nestled in a scenic location. Classy decor and comfortable accommodations throughout. Kiddos loved the games provided. All of the golfers that passed by were happy and gave us friendly waves. The 9 of us had plenty of space for privacy as well as a large space to gather. Highly recommend this home away from home. The host (Phil) was checking in on us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you for a stress free family vacation.

The Airbnb was absolutely perfect for our bachelorette trip! 🥂 It was a beautiful home in a great location, just minutes from Galena Main Street. The restaurant at the golf course was also only about 2 minutes away, which made everything so convenient. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for such a fun girls’ getaway! 💕✨
