Extended Stay Discounts – Special rates are available for stays of 7+ nights and 30+ nights.

Pool Heating – Pool heating is available by request at $115 per night, with a 3-night minimum. After the initial 3 nights, the rate is reduced to $75 per night. Please request in advance of your stay.

Location – This property is situated in a quiet, rural desert setting—perfect for those seeking solitude and an off-the-beaten-track experience.

Noise & Respect for Surroundings – Out of respect for our neighbors and local wildlife, this property is not suitable for loud or disruptive groups.

Wildlife Awareness – The area is home to native desert wildlife, including scorpions, rattlesnakes, and bees. While we maintain a professional pest control program, guests should exercise caution, especially during summer months.

Smoking Policy – Smoking, vaping, or marijuana use is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Violations will result in a minimum $500 fine.

Pets – Pets are welcome with a $99 fee.

Check-In/Check-Out Flexibility – Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request at $20 per hour.

Events & Gatherings – Events, parties, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Age Requirement – The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

Firewood – Firewood for the outdoor fire pit is not provided but can be purchased locally.

Use of Facilities – All amenities, including the pool, are used at the guest’s own risk.
