Play an amazing day we loved it

Was in Tucson for my daughterโs graduation weekend and Philโs place felt right at home, just breathtaking! The views, the pool, the comfort. I would suggest adding a few more pots in the kitchen and a clothing iron since once you are in the house, you would barely want to leave. We bought all our groceries and made all our meals at the house. This one was a hard checkout, we didnโt want to leave back to the noisy city. I would definitely book this place again. Thank you!

What a wonderful place with lots of room. It's a bit remote, which provides super privacy and for a wonderful view the desert and mountains, but be prepared for the drive into restaurants and stores. The sunsets were amazing every evening! The pool and patio area were a hit with the grandkids. You crossover the 800 mile long Arizona Trail on the road in making for excellent hiking within just minutes. As a road cyclist I found the rides around Pistol Hill just minutes away as excellent. Phil was a very accommodating and responsive host. I expect issue to arise over a four week stay at such a large property and they were all dealt with appropriately and in a timely manner.

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfectโclose to everything yet tucked away enough to feel private. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. It was incredibly quiet and peaceful, making it the ideal place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene getaway in Vail!

Spectacular location. Beautiful surroundings, peaceful and private. Everything is new and good quality. If you love beige you will be in heaven, the little pops of accent color are brown and the 'art' is AI generated. The kitchen is spacious and spotless but equipment is limited. When we had significant problems with the HVAC, neither the host/property manager, nor the owner had useful knowledge about the home. Overall we had a good stay. This seems like a really new rental and the the trouble points we experienced were mostly due to that aspect. Would likely stay again.

This place was AMAZING. Words canโt describe how amazing, totally worth it. It was definitely a little far of a drive from Vail, but not bad at all. My whole family loved it, we all had our own space and plenty of bathrooms as well. View was just the cherry on top, especially at night, when you can see all the city lights!
