Guests will have access to the full house during their stay.
We are on hand to help if needed but prefer interaction through the app.
🚲 Bikes (helmets provided), the hot tub, and all property amenities are available for guests' enjoyment and are used at your own risk.
🔥 Firewood is not provided but can be easily purchased locally if you'd like to enjoy the fire pit during your stay.
🐾 While the yard is fully fenced, there is a small blocked gap near the garage. Most dogs will not be able to fit through it, but pets should always be supervised when outdoors.
⚡ The property features a Tesla EV charger. Most non-Tesla vehicles can also use the charger with the appropriate adapter, which guests must provide.
📺 The home features one Smart TV located in the main living area.
❄️ Visiting during the off-season? After Labor Day and before Memorial Day, outdoor furniture may be covered or stored to protect it from the elements. The hot tub remains available year-round, and guests are welcome to use any stored patio furniture during their stay.

The Glenn is a great property, well located 10 min north of South Haven and 10 min south of Sagatuk. Very pet friendly with a fenced in yard, dog bowls, toys treats and bed! The house is Very clean!!It’s nicely done, newly renovated mid century modern in furnishings, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, bedding, robes and towels.Beaches are nearby, 7 min car ride. Phil and his assistant are very responsive. We will return, love this area and will add this house to our list of favorites.

House was very clean and nicely appointed. This was perhaps the 5th or 6th AirBNB rental for me, and by far the best one. Bathrooms and kitchen was well stocked and supplied with all the basics (and more.) Location was perfect for us...we brought a dog...the host had it set up with a bowl, bed, treats, etc. Yard was fenced as advertised. Host was 100% responsive. Easy in, out and Phil was fast and accurate with his replies. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a spot in SW Michigan.

We really enjoyed our stay at Phil’s place! We walked to the Lake every day and walked on the beach. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in yard and we enjoyed the hot tub. We love the area and spent time in Fennville and Saugatuck.

We enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated the peaceful setting, relaxing atmosphere, and all of the wildlife we saw during our visit. The backyard was a great space for our pet to enjoy, and we really loved spending time in the hot tub. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was excellent quality, which made for great sleep. Overall, we had a relaxing stay and enjoyed the quiet location and outdoor space.
