Guests will have access to the full house during their stay.
We are on hand to help if needed but prefer interaction through the app.
🚲 Bikes (helmets provided), the hot tub, and all property amenities are available for guests' enjoyment and are used at your own risk.
🔥 Firewood is not provided but can be easily purchased locally if you'd like to enjoy the fire pit during your stay.
🐾 While the yard is fully fenced, there is a small blocked gap near the garage. Most dogs will not be able to fit through it, but pets should always be supervised when outdoors.
⚡ The property features a Tesla EV charger. Most non-Tesla vehicles can also use the charger with the appropriate adapter, which guests must provide.
📺 The home features one Smart TV located in the main living area.
❄️ Visiting during the off-season? After Labor Day and before Memorial Day, outdoor furniture may be covered or stored to protect it from the elements. The hot tub remains available year-round, and guests are welcome to use any stored patio furniture during their stay.

Great spot, pet friendly, great amenities, and close to Saugatuck and Holland for day trips. We had 6 adults and 2 dogs - everyone fit perfectly. The space is also quiet and peaceful.

Amazing host! Responded very quickly and messaged frequently to make sure everything was alright or if we needed anything. The place was beautiful and immaculate. The host was also incredibly nice and accommodating. Would love to stay here again in the future!

I know there has been a lot of rain - but I think the outdoor area could have been more attended to… I swept the patio. It’s such a great back space that could elevate this listing with a bit more attention.

Situated strategically between South Haven and Saugatuck. Mid century modern - clean, well appointed. Private back yard, great hot tub. Kitchen and bathrooms both thoughtfully designed, great use of space! Super responsive communication throughout. Lovely seating areas on the expansive back yard patio. A quiet residential block, short bike ride or decent walk to the lake. Loved being able to take the Blue Star Highway north to Saugatuck or south to South Haven. Both towns filled with tons of things to do.

Lovely, peaceful home for a getaway from the city. Great location to venture out to South Haven & Saugatuck areas.

The Glenn is a great property, well located 10 min north of South Haven and 10 min south of Sagatuk. Very pet friendly with a fenced in yard, dog bowls, toys treats and bed! The house is Very clean!!It’s nicely done, newly renovated mid century modern in furnishings, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, bedding, robes and towels.Beaches are nearby, 7 min car ride. Phil and his assistant are very responsive. We will return, love this area and will add this house to our list of favorites.
