Sleeping arrangements:
**Main Level**: This level houses 2 bedrooms. One with a King Bed and one with a Full bed. The couch in the family room pulls out into a queen bed.
**Upper Level**: Here, you will find an additional King bed.
Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay.

- The nearest beach is approximately a 15 minute walk away.
- This property is in a semi-rural location and guests should be mindful of poison ivy in surrounding brush.
- Please ensure all furry guests are up to date on tick medication as these critters can lurk in long grass.
- The home is on two levels but two of our bedrooms are located on the main level.
- Please exercise caution when using the gas grill as we are located in a wooded area.
- We strongly encourage guests arriving with four-legged friends to bring along their pup's favorite dog bed.
