When youβre ready to unwind, return to your private waterfront deck and watch the boats drift by. With a spacious king bedroom, a second bedroom with twin beds, two full baths, and beautifully renovated interiors, The Marina Vista offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and location for couples, friends, and families looking for an unforgettable Southwest Michigan getaway.
π Parking is limited to the designated parking areas for the unit. Cars, minivans, and pickup trucks are permitted; boats, trailers, jet skis, snowmobiles, and similar recreational vehicles may not be parked on the property.
π Please help us maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the community. HOA quiet hours are 11 PMβ8 AM, and excessive outdoor noise or disturbances are not permitted.
π Smoking is not permitted inside or directly outside The Marina Vista. If smoking in shared outdoor spaces, please be respectful of neighboring residences and common areas.
ποΈ Fresh linens, bath towels and a starter supply of household essentials are included. Longer stays may require guests to replenish consumables.
π Fireworks are not permitted anywhere on the property.
π£ Marina Vista directly faces the water. All guests should exercise caution outdoors, particularly near the waterβs edge. Children must be closely supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Lovely condo to relax, unwind, and feel at peace at. The place was decorated like home, cozy, cute, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything I needed! Loved the spice cabinet! The back porch furniture was soft and comfortable to sit on for hours with my feet up and relaxing with a book while watching the boats and wild life on the channel. Super quiet environment and I felt like I had the whole outside to myself! Loved it and would come back any time! Take a short drive over to Douglas Beach for beautiful homes and spectacular sunsets! Oval Beach and Saugatuck are minutes away and the location is perfect for staying out of the crazy traffic in Saugatuck and just off the beaten path. Safe and quiet surroundings with deer!

This condo was the perfect, homey, quiet stay for our girls weekend. Our favorite feature was being able to unwind and play the many games and doing the puzzles the host provided on the covered patio overlooking the waterfront. The entire unit was very clean. The bathrooms and kitchen were fully stocked with all of the appliances and amenities needed for us to be comfortable. It's a short walk to a great coffee shop and the root beer barrel. Downtown Douglas and Saugatuck were both easily accessible. We were able to utilize a cheap, reliable shuttle to spend an evening in downtown Saugatuck. Phil was very communicative as a host. He was proactive and clear with check-in and check-out instructions and responsive to questions. Would highly recommend this unit to others.

Great location. Friendly neighbors. Centrally located to all things Douglas AND Saugatuck. Quiet and peaceful. Nice view of the water. Great home base for our weekend getaway. Well stocked with necessities. We would definitely stay again if we come back to the area.
