We are on hand via Text, Email or through the App during your stay if you require help - otherwise, you won't hear a peep from us!
🏊 The pool is available year-round but is not heated. During cooler months, water temperatures may be lower than expected.
🎉 The Palm Royale is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted. Quiet hours are observed between 9 PM and 9 AM.
🔥 Propane is not provided for the grill but can be easily purchased locally if you'd like to cook outdoors.
📹 Exterior security cameras and noise monitoring devices are in place to help ensure the safety of guests, neighbors, and the property.

Phil was an awesome host! He was quick to respond, clear, and always so helpful—even with my silly questions. The house had so many thoughtful extra touches, from the cozy robes and extra towels to plenty of hangers and everything we could possibly need. The place was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our stay in Austin. Would absolutely stay here again. 10/10!

Phil’s home was everything you could ask for and more! The home was fully equipped with plenty of space, the decor was so pleasing. And Phil was an amazing host! Very helpful and reliable. The home was close to everything and not too far from the city. We enjoyed our stay and would hope to be back again.

This airbnb was perfect for my bachelorette weekend. It fit all the girls and it was clean and pretty modern. The pool was a nice extra. Location was good overall, everything we wanted to do was 20 min or less. Definitely recommend.

The entire house was very clean. The pool area as well. There was plenty of space for all the family. The only cons we had was 1. The tv remote in living room was not working. (Dead batteries) 2. One bedroom did not have a remote to work the fan and it got hot at night. 3. The king bedroom was perfect other than that the room didn’t lock and the shower/toilet area did not have a door. The outdoor space one of the windows does not have a screen and the window does not stay shut so the mosquitos would come through. Apart from that we really enjoyed the house and would definitely re-book.

My group had a great stay here! The house is spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed to have an amazing trip! We loved using the game room and relaxing in the living room, and we appreciated the robes provided!
